5 Best Lego Sets Under $25

The Gatehouse Raid (Set 70402) $29.99  I know that this is a little bit over $25, but I think these sets are worth it.  Long before there were superhero sets there were Castle sets. I LOVE the castle sets.  I remember when my oldest was a kid I would read him the stories of Rascus, Santis, Jayko, and Lord Vladek.  Every night it would put me to sleep because I had no idea what was going on. But it got me hooked on the sets.  Now this isn’t a set with those guys in it, but it involves a castle so it’s cool.

So there you have it.  You don’t have to break the bank to get some really awesome Lego sets, and your kid will be invited back to everyones birthday party, because they are a GREAT gift giver.

My wife and my son have discovered this Legos this summer. We have picked out a few sets but all of the sets that we have acquired are from the Lego City collection. I don’t believe I have seen the Dirt Bike Transporter though so I will have to look into that. However, with what started as one small firetruck has grown into several vehicles, a house, and a few mini figurines. I am not sure who loves the Legos more, my wife or my two year old.
