“These are not the droids you are looking for.” Now we may not all be able to use Jedi mind tricks like Obi-wan Kenobi to convince others to do the opposite of what they wanted, but today we can play this game with ourselves and confuse the heck out of our friends.
Today, January 25th, we celebrate “Opposites Day”. It’s a topsy, turvy day when everything you say and do are the complete opposite. Primarily celebrated among school children, Opposite Day can be a whole lot of fun, but can also be very, very confusing. If you say go left, you mean go right. If you say look up, it means look down. And for this exercise, I normally draw with my right hand. So guess what? I drew my fun little dragon completely with my LEFT hand!
And this is my challenge for you today. Yes, it takes patience and concentration, but you’ll find that you will SURPRISE yourself when you APPLY yourself. And you’ll get a few laughs out of the exerercise too!

Opposite Day was the worst growing up as a kid. I hate you for bringing this up because I think about it every day. Your post sucked!
You had me there for a minute Robert! Didn’t I say today could get a bit confusing? Then I thought about your comment a little more and realized, “Hey, this guy is really cool!” I mean, a real jerk. No, wait… it’s 9:50pm in CA so Opposites Day is officially over on the east coast. So, yeah, you’re a cool dude!
